Two negatives, makes more nagative

We are start up.
We are dealing in perishable.
We always go extra mile to please our customer, give good service, give right attention and really really fair price.

90%
Most of the customers appreciate us and encourage us.
Also they give an extra push to help us spread the word.
They also empathize with us if we go wrong somewhere, as we are always ready to accept mistakes and improve upon those.
Thy are the reason we continue to do what we do!

But those10%
There are few peculiar people, they hunt for Startups like us.
They intentionally trouble us!
They exploit us to the maximum capacity they can.
They bargain on price, like 3-4 hours in whats app.
They call and bargain.
They ask for free delivery to the distance of 1.5 hours from warehouse.
They bargain for delivery cost.
After we agree on price and delivery cost, they reduce money when the delivery person go to their door with 4-5 kg mango box in 3 pm hot sun on bike.
They say, I will pay this only much else you take it back.
They give wrong address to save on delivery cost and real address is 10 km farther, They refuse to pay extra delivery cost as per km.
They don't keep cash even if pre-informed.
We loose time, money and efforts. Sometimes staff loose their confidence while dealing with such people!
Sometimes we put our foot down and say "no", but you understand how important it is for a start up to make a sale and avoid any loss due to Perishable nature of product.

All these negatives add up to our losses.
Learning are about human behavior! Technology does help but it has its own limitation.

When you do nothing, nature works!

When sell mangoes, people ask us, how come your Alfonso mango is so tasty? We never tasted such amazing mango.

Mango is not a recipe.
We just let the nature play its magic.
Naturally ripening of mangoes.

We don't interfere with the time, process and spreed.
The nature itself unfold its colors, aroma and taste.

We can't take credit for what nature does.
But we sure take credit of not messing up using carbide etc.

Patience is the key in tasty mangoes.
Let it ripe on its own..... then indulge in MangoMango.

We witness the 10 DAYS process of mango ripening, so natural, it starts to ripe from pulp to skin! Showing off its shades from dark green to yellow.

The pulp changes its shaded from White to yellow to orange.

Its so juicy, yummy and pure in its flavor.

My visiting card Says Gouri Jadhav, farmer शेतकरी

ALVIN TOFLER ......I am going from third wave to first wave, in my life span.

I knew that the journey starts with a with step, but why i did not know was ..... each step is harder and really challenges you check you.
I am not talking about a journey from home to office !

See there it is!
Travel vs journey
Travel is easy, you know your start and end point.
You know the route and means to reach there.
You also know time estimates. Cost, pros and cons are almost known.

What I am talking here is the Journey towards a goal.
You have vague idea about where you want to go.
Mostly its not a physical destination.....how funny!

The end point of my travel was five start hotel stays worldwide, first class travel and great position and big fat salary. Requirements analysis to projects to deliveries and implementations!

The Start point of my journey was a heartbeat which made me show back to all of this.

The voice from within said, come to India, do something real and relevant to make a positive difference.

The journey still continue and i am not there yet, but know one thing for sure, I am on right path.
This path is wild, virgin, untouched and explored.
The adventure is thrilling.
Now after the CXO designation ...its Farmer, शेतकरी
Yes I am In India for myself, to put all my strengths in Agriculture.
The 1st Wave!
Back to basics
Am not here to change the world, or change face of India or change how people perceive Farmers.
I am here due to my own realization of what I want to do for the rest of my life.
The Moment of Truth!
